We are pleased to be offering pocket-sized bottles of Letherbee’s Malört, in both our rooms and for carryout at the bar downstairs.  “Malört is a bitter wormwood liqueur that is part bäsk brännvin family of liqueurs made and primarily consumed in Sweden.”  The Letherbee version is bottled at one hundred proof, and includes grapefruit peel, star anise and other spices.  The recipe was developed by Chicagoan Robert Haynes (of Analogue, opening pending), a collaborative effort currently available in only Chicago and New York.
