Chef Joshua has been with Longman & Eagle since March 2016, and has excelled at capturing the spirit of the place - his dishes are elegant yet honest, offering diners flavors both familiar and exciting.

Chef de Cuisine Joshua Mutchnick was born and raised on the Gulf Coast of Alabama. After studying at the Culinary Institute of America, he worked in Philadelphia and Washington DC, before making his way to Chicago, where spent time in some of the city’s most acclaimed kitchens: James Beard Award-winning North Pond, Michelin-starred 16, Graham Elliot Bistro, and Tru.
