Longman & Eagle is a collaboration between Cody Hudson, Robert McAdams and Peter Creig Toalson of Land and Sea Dept.
and Bruce Finkelman of 16ā€ on Center.


Located on the Longman & Eagle grounds, the Off Site Bar (or OSB) is located behind and east of the restaurant proper, with it’s own outdoor patio.

We are excited to have OSBeach taking over the OSB for the foreseeable future. OSBeach is a tropical pop-up featuring playful drinks and food intended to pull us all out of the dull rhythms of this dark Chicago winter.

Think reworked versions of cocktails like Daiquiris, Mai Tais, Painkillers, Zombies and more, Red Stripes a plenty, set alongside a curated selection of fine rums available by the pour.

The snack menu is inspired by tropical flavors as seen through a Midwestern lens. We’re offering up familiar, global favorites but grounding them with local ingredients and regional traditions, the sort of food that wants to be eaten by and with a drink in hand. Items include Lake Trout Ragoon and Mushroom Katsu sandwiches, offerings that pair Asian, Caribbean and Latin influences against our local Chicago roots.
